| bad news: I wanted to be 149 today good news: There's no more ice cream cake
I was really scared that I was going to be 151. I'm still shooting for 147 by next Monday though. I've lucked out - I've binged every day the last 3 days but maintained 150.

| I could have been 149! I only gained 0.2 lbs, and I ate a load of ice cream cake last night, not because I wanted to, but because I was bored.
My stomach was really flat this morning when I woke up. I have lost 3 lbs of fat, I just have to continue.
I don't know how many calories were in the Chinese food - hopefully I'm at like, 1400 calories. I didn't binge or anything, it was lunch.

| Apparently the amount of weight you should lose per week is 1% of your total body weight [so 1.5 for me, since I‘m 150].
I did the math. I want to lose 30 lbs altogether, and if I lose 2 lbs a week, then I'll be 119 in June. If I lose 15 lbs in 2 months, I’ll be 135 in April. My birthday is in April, and honestly, I always liked weighing 135.
I’m glad I did the calculations because before I was trying to lose ½ lb a day, which was unrealistic. I forgot how much time it takes to lose weight.
So every week, I should be 2 lbs less than what I was 7 days ago. I'll be 149 on Monday the 8th, so on the 15th I should be 147.

Since it was raining and because I didn't wake up until 10, I didn't get to take one of my walks. Bad bad bad! 10 more days until school starts. So far, I am doing good. I need to buy a new pair of jeans because one of them is starting to get holes in it. Today is the 3rd day of my period I think.

Intake is good, but I ate too much junk food. I would have been okay if I hadn't eaten that cookie, but whatever. I'll eat a banana later, right before my walk. I need to start figuring out my intake before I eat it, instead of after.
edit: Mom's birthday, so I had to have a serving of cake.What's interesting though is, usually I can't resist ic cake, but today I could.
